President's Message: Back to the Basics

This is a year of improvements for Vermont’s ASQ organization. We have a new energetic Leadership team that is committed to provide our members with better tools and opportunities for learning and networking. This year’s theme is “Back to the Basics” which focuses on basic needs for members new to Quality as well as enhancing skills for our seasoned members. I am excited to mention two enhancements this year. One is our evening programs have improved by bringing in high caliber speakers and two we will premier our new website in December 2009. We are committed to listen and act on the Voice of the Customer and encourage all feedback so we can continue to provide our members with an added value service.   ~ David Cieslica, VT-ASQ President
